The Center for Research and Community Service of Institut STIAMI proudly presents International Conference (IC STIAMI 2024) with the big theme is “Agile Leadership in Global and Local Perspectives” that will be held in a online mode (virtually by Zoom) on February 17, 2024.

The researches related to agile leadership cover the following fields. Applied Sciences Sub-themes :

1. Agile Leadership and Sustainability Business in Maritime Industries

Focused on developing responsive and sustainable leadership in the maritime industry, this topic explores how agile principles can be applied to lead maritime businesses effectively. In this context, sustainable business refers to efforts to integrate innovation and agility in addressing the environmental, social, and economic challenges faced by the maritime industry.

2. Collaborative Governance in Agile Environments

• Registration and Login System
• Presenters submit the Article's Abstract
• Reviewers review the articles to meet the paper theme
• Committee informs the presenter whether the articles are accepted or rejected.
• Presenters do the payment
• Presenters submit the complete articles
• Committee informs the presenters that their articles have been accepted
• Presenters prensent their articles in front of reviewers and other presenters.
